Scotts® Healthy Turf Builder® Fungicide and Lawn Food

Scotts® Healthy Turf Builder® Fungicide and Lawn Food is a 2-in-1 lawn care product that contains a broad-spectrum and systemic fungicide for prevention and control of 27 types of lawn diseases, including brown patch, leafspot, powdery mildew, and red thread. In addition, the added fertilizer feeds for a thicker, greener lawn and strengthens each blade of grass down to the root to help your lawn recover from stresses. This fast-acting formula dissolves quickly to begin working in 24 hours, providing up to four weeks of control. Scotts® Healthy Turf Builder® Fungicide and Lawn Food is for use on most grass types. Apply prior to disease symptoms when conditions are favorable for disease and/or stressful periods. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water the treated area for 15-20 minutes after application. One 13.7 lbs. bag of Scotts® Healthy Turf Builder® Fungicide and Lawn Food covers 4,000 sq. ft.

Step by Step Instructions

How to Use

1. If the grass is tall enough to touch the bottom of the spreader, give it a quick cut.

2. Fill and set a Scotts® spreader.

• Set a Scotts® Elite spreader to 4.
• Set a Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreader to 3 1/4.
• Set a Scotts® drop spreader to 6.
• Set a Scotts® Wizz® spreader to 4.
• Set a Scotts® Whirl™ spreader to 4.

3. Walk at a steady pace to apply.

4. Sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk or street back into the lawn.

WHEN AND WHERE TO USE

Where to Use

• Apply only to home lawns with actively growing grass.
• Can be applied on all grass types (when used as directed).

Where Not to Use

• Do not apply to warm season turf species later than one month prior to the first expected frost (zoysiagrass, bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, centipedegrass, bahiagrass).

When to Apply

• Use Scotts® Healthy Turf Builder® Fungicide and Lawn Food to prevent disease before it appears and/or at the first sign of disease.
• This product can be applied after seeding or at seed germination.

How Often to Apply

• Reapplications can be made after four weeks (28 days).
• Do not apply more than four times in one year and make sure to have at least one month between applications.
